NRC to Prepare Draft Supplement on Decommissioning of Nuclear Facilities and Hold Public Meetings

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is planning to prepare a draft supplement to its generic environmental impact statement on decommissioning nuclear facilities. The NRC will hold public meetings to scope the process and solicit public input.
