NRC Submits Revision to Paperwork Reduction Act for Interim Storage of Greater Than Class C Waste

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for the collection of information related to the interim storage of greater than class C waste, which would amend 10 CFR part 72 licensing requirements for independent storage of spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste.
