NRC Submits Revision Proposal for Nuclear Material Events Database (NMED) for OMB Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revision proposal for the Nuclear Material Events Database (NMED) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. The NRC requires Agreement States to submit licensee event reports electronically or by hard copy on a monthly basis or within 30 days, as part of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
