Consideration of License Amendment Request for BWX Technologies, Inc., and Opportunity for Hearing

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is considering the amendment of Special Nuclear Material License SNM-42 to exempt BWX Technologies, Inc. from the beryllium-to-fissile mass ratio limit specified in the fissile material exemption standards of 10 CFR 71.53.
