Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Revised Reporting Requirements for Commercial Nuclear Power Plants to Office of Management and Budget for Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a revised proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, which aims to reduce the paperwork burden on commercial nuclear power plant operators by approximately 450 reports per year, from 1220 telephone reports and 1130 written reports to 770 telephone reports and 860 written reports.
