PECO Energy Company to Transfer Licenses and Permits for Limerick Generating Station

The PECO Energy Company has received an order from the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) approving the transfer of licenses and making conforming amendments to the operating permits for Units 1 and 2 at the Limerick Generating Station. This order allows PECO Energy Company to transfer ownership of the licenses and permits to its parent company, Exelon Corporation.
