Nuclear Regulatory Commission Publishes Revision to Enforcement Policy to Address Inflation Adjustment Act

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is updating its enforcement policy to comply with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, which requires agencies to adjust civil penalties to reflect inflation, following amendments by the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996.
