Nuclear Regulatory Commission Terminates Plans for Voluntary Quality Assurance Program Changes
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is withdrawing its plans to allow licensees to make unilateral changes to their quality assurance programs, following the withdrawal of a petition for rulemaking by the Nuclear Energy Institute, which was submitted in 1995.
