Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Reactor Oversight Process Implementation

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission is seeking public feedback on the first year of implementation of the Reactor Oversight Process, which began at 103 commercial nuclear power plant sites in April 2000, and will hold a public workshop in late March 2001 to discuss lessons learned.
