Request Notice: Use of Foreign-Built Small Passenger Vessel in United States Coastwise Trade, M/V NAIAD

The U.S. Secretary of Transportation, acting on behalf of the Maritime Administration (MARAD), has the authority to decide on the use of foreign-built, U.S.-built, and rebuilt vessels that only transport passengers in the U.S. coastwise trade, as exemplified by the M/V NAIAD.
