Request Notice: Use of Foreign-Built Small Passenger Vessel in United States Coastwise Trade, M/V KUDU

The U.S. Secretary of Transportation, acting on behalf of the Maritime Administration (MARAD), has the authority to decide on the coastwise use of foreign-built, U.S.-built, and rebuilt vessels that only transport non-cargo passengers, as seen in the case of the M/V KUDU.
