Federal Acquisition Regulation to Amend Helium Acquisition Rules
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement the Helium Privatization Act of 1996 and update the U.S. Department of the Interior's helium regulations.
