ACF Proposes to Reform Federal Reporting and Assessments in Child Welfare

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) has proposed removing outdated regulations related to Title IV-B of the Social Security Act, which were superseded by subsequent amendments, in an effort to modernize child welfare reporting and assessments.
