Comment Request for Extension of Information Collection: Change in Rates or Terms and Conditions of Service for Regulated Services

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Secretariat is requesting OMB review to extend a currently approved information collection requirement for Change in Rates or Terms and Conditions of Service for Regulated Services. The public is invited to comment on the necessity and utility of this collection, as well as ways to minimize its burden.
