The Federal Acquisition Regulation has issued a Small Entity Compliance Guide under the joint authority of the Secretary of Defense, the Administrator of General Services, and the Administrator for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, in accordance with the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996, to provide a summary of the rule in Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27, which amends the FAR, and is available online at http://www.arnet.gov/far.
