Federal Acquisition Regulation to Address Contractor Personnel Experience in IT Services

Summary

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement a new requirement for contractor personnel experience in the procurement of information technology services, as mandated by the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001.
