FAR Council Reconsiders Contractor Responsibility Rule, Extends Comment Period

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council (FAR Council) is reconsidering its 2000 rule on contractor responsibility, labor relations costs, and legal proceedings costs, and has extended the public comment period for the proposed rule from June 4 to July 6, 2001, to allow all interested parties sufficient time to prepare their submissions.
