Federal Acquisition Regulation Seeks Extension of Bid Guarantees and Payment Protections Information Collection

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat is requesting OMB approval to extend a currently approved information collection requirement for Bid Guarantees, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Alternative Payment Protections, which is set to expire on September 30, 2001, and invites public comments on the necessity and utility of the collection.
