US Government Withdraws Rule on Signing and Retention Bonuses for Defense Contractors
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have withdrawn a 2000 rule requiring defense contractors to offer signing and retention bonuses to recruit and retain high-tech workers with critical skills.
