Federal Acquisition Regulation to Require Separate Contracting for Progress Payments Under Indefinite-Delivery Contracts

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to require contractors to submit progress payment requests for individual orders under indefinite-delivery contracts, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
