FAR Rule Excludes Section 15.407-2 from Subcontract Definition
The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to exclude section 15.407-2 from the expanded definition of subcontract at FAR 15.401, effective on January 1, 2024.
