WTO Dispute Settlement Proceeding Regarding Antidumping Act of 1916

The Office of the United States Trade Representative is required to respond to World Trade Organization recommendations and rulings by a specified date, following a dispute over the Antidumping Act of 1916, which was deemed inconsistent with US WTO obligations by panels and the Appellate Body.
