U.S. Trade Representative Designates General Counsel as Senior Agency Official Under Executive Order 12958

The U.S. Trade Representative has designated the General Counsel of the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative as the senior agency official to classify or re-classify previously unreleased information in response to FOIA or Privacy Act requests.
