United States Designates Zarqa Industrial Zone as Qualifying Industrial Zone Under IFTA Act

The United States is implementing the United States-Israel Free Trade Area Implementation Act (IFTA Act) by designating the Zarqa Industrial Zone in Jordan as a qualifying industrial zone (QIZ) and expanding the QIZ area of the Ad-Dulayl Industrial Park, allowing products from these zones to receive duty-free treatment. This move is effective immediately upon publication of the notice.
