U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Aerospace Rivets and Products Containing Certain Trademarks

The U.S. International Trade Commission has been asked to investigate allegations that certain aerospace rivets and products are being imported into the US in violation of trademarks and patents, and to issue a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist order if found guilty.
