U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Patent Invalidity Ruling
The U.S. International Trade Commission has terminated an investigation into Certain Magnetic Resonance Injection Systems and Components Thereof, finding no violation of section 337 and upholding the invalidity of the only patent at issue.
