FAA Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Vulcanair S.p.A. Planes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Vulcanair S.p.A. Model P.68 and P.68B airplanes, following a report of fuel starvation that led to an uncommanded engine failure.
