US Trade Commission Investigates Domestic Circular Welded Carbon Pipe Industry

The US Trade Commission is monitoring developments in the domestic circular welded carbon pipe industry since the imposition of a tariff on imports in 2000, as required by the Trade Act of 1974, and is preparing a report for the President and Congress.
