US Wheat Gluten Procedures for WTO Compliance Determination

The US International Trade Commission adopted procedures to ensure its Wheat Gluten investigation is consistent with the World Trade Organization's ruling on US safeguard measures against European imports of wheat gluten, following a request from the US Trade Representative on April 3, 2001.
