US Commission Launches Preliminary Antidumping Investigation into Silicomanganese Imports from India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela

The US Commission is launching preliminary investigations into imports of silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan, and Venezuela, alleging they are sold at less than fair value. The investigation must be completed by May 21, 2001, or within 45 days if an extension is granted.
