US Customs Commission Proposes Changes to Harmonized Tariff Schedule

The US Customs Commission has initiated an investigation to review and modify the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, in response to changes to the Harmonized System and at the request of the World Customs Organization, in accordance with the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988.
