US Customs to Allow Import of Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip from India and Taiwan

The US Customs and Border Protection agency has announced that it will permit the importation of polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India and Taiwan, effective immediately, following a proposal by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to relax certain restrictions on the importation of these materials.
