Commission Overrules ALJ's Decision on Economic Prong of Domestic Industry Requirement

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has overridden an administrative law judge's (ALJ) initial determination that a company satisfies the economic prong of the domestic industry requirement for a specific patent, following a complaint filed under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
