Probable Effect of Certain Modifications to the North American Free Trade Agreement Rules of Origin

The U.S. Trade Representative requested the Commission to provide advice on the probable effect of modifications to NAFTA's rules of origin on U.S. trade and domestic industries, following a request on August 1, 2001.
