U.S. International Trade Commission Affirms ALJ Orders in Investigation into Certain HSP Modems and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has affirmed ALJ Orders Nos. 75 and 76, extending the investigation into HSP modems and components by 45 days to March 4, 2002, and reviewing portions of the final initial determination, which found a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
