U.S. Customs Service to Determine Base Quantity of Fuel Ethyl Alcohol Imports
The U.S. Customs Service must determine the base quantity of fuel ethyl alcohol imports that can be imported with a zero percent local feedstock requirement, based on the domestic market for fuel ethyl alcohol in the U.S. during the 12-month period ending September 30, and the level of U.S. consumption of fuel ethyl alcohol during that period.
