USPTO Seeks Comments on Search Criteria for Computer-Implemented Business Method Patent Applications

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is requesting public comments on the required and optional search criteria used for patent applications related to computer-implemented business methods in Class 705, with the goal of improving examination processes and identifying additional information that could be considered during the review.
