FMCSA Extends Emergency Exemptions Relief Period to 30 Days

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has amended its emergency declaration regulations to extend the relief period for automatically triggered exemptions from 14 days to 30 days following a regional emergency declaration by a state governor.
