FCC Requests Comments on Proposal to Amend List of Major Television Markets

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a proposal to add the communities of Merced and Porterville, California to the Fresno-Visalia market, which would allow for network non-duplication rights and syndicated programming exclusivity on a hyphenated market basis.
