FCC Eases Construction Requirements for 800 MHz SMR Systems
The Federal Communications Commission has relaxed construction requirements for incumbent licensees in the 800 MHz Specialized Mobile Radio (SMR) service, following a court ruling that remanded the Commission's prior decision.
