Radio Broadcasting Services; Red Lodge and Joliet, MT - Request for Comments on Proposed Channel Substitution

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by Silver Rock Communications, Inc. to replace Channel 257A with Channel 257C1 at Red Lodge, Montana, and modify the license for Station KMXE-FM accordingly. The FCC will not consider competing bids for Channel 257C1 and will not require the petitioner to demonstrate the availability of additional equivalent channels.
