The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied a request by Suelou, Inc. to allocate Channel 286A to Colony, OK, due to the lack of a continuing interest in the allotment and insufficient supporting information. The FCC has approved a proposal by Fred R. Morton, Jr. to allot Channel 286A to Weatherford, OK, as the community's second local commercial FM service, with a site restriction of 3.2 kilometers northwest of the proposed location.
