Radio Broadcasting Services; Johnson City and Owego, NY - Channel 269A Reallocated

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has reallotted Channel 269A from Owego to Johnson City, NY, as the community's first local radio service, and modified the license of Station WLTB to specify Johnson City as its community of license, following a request from WEBO Radio, Inc.
