FCC Reconsiders Horizontal Ownership Rules After 22 Years

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has announced that it will reconsider the conditions under which it will lift its voluntarily-imposed stay of the horizontal ownership rules, which were adopted on October 8, 1999, as part of the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992.
