The Smith Broadcasting Company, Inc. has filed a petition to modify the channel allocation for its stations in New Richmond, Wisconsin, and Coon Rapids, Minnesota, requesting comments on the proposed changes, which include substituting Channel 296C2 for Channel 296C3 in New Richmond, reallotting Channel 296C2 to Coon Rapids, and modifying the license for Station WIXK-FM to operate on Channel 296C2 in Coon Rapids. The company also proposes a similar change at Moose Lake, Minnesota, and will seek Canadian concurrence for the allotment.
