Radio Broadcasting Services; Oakville, Raymond and South Bend, WA - Channel Reallotment and License Modification

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by Jodesha Broadcasting, Inc. to reassign Channel 249C1 from Raymond to Oakville, Washington, and modify the license of Station KFMY(FM) accordingly, as well as reassign Channel 289C2 from South Bend to Raymond and modify the license of Station KJET(FM), and allot Channel 300A at South Bend. The FCC has determined that Channel 249C1 can be relocated to Oakville without violating its minimum distance separation requirements from other domestic allotments at the proposed site.
