Revision of Broadcast and Cable EEO Rules and Policies

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted new Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) rules and policies for broadcast and cable industries, effective immediately. The updated rules include new information collection requirements and were published in the Federal Register on February 15, 2000.
