FMCSA Extends Exemption for Alaska Drivers with Commercial Learner's Permit or CDL

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has provisionally renewed an exemption for one year, allowing drivers with a commercial learner's permit (CLP) or commercial driver's license (CDL) issued by the State of Alaska to operate commercial vehicles.
