Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service and Changes to the Board of Directors of the National Exchange Carrier Association, Inc. Update

The Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service has amended a rule regarding the time frame for the Federal Communications Commission to respond to requests for review of decisions made by the Schools and Libraries Division of the Universal Service Administrative Company, extending the deadline to 90 days.
