US FCC Partially Grants Petitions for Reconsideration of Radio Broadcasting Services in South Carolina

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has partially granted two petitions for reconsideration of a 1996 report, overturning the original decision and allowing a new transmitter site for L.M. Communications II of South Carolina, Inc. (LMC) on Kiawah Island, SC, and reallotting a channel to Moncks Corner, SC.
